RNLI lifeboat crewman and Boat-master looking for sailing miles as 1st Mate, Mechanic/Deckhand or Delivery Crew

Hi, I'm interested in finding a position as a 1st Mate, Mechanic/Deckhand, Delivery Crew or Mile building with a view to qualifying as an RYA Yacht master so I can skipper at sea. I’m an experienced Boat master with RYA Day Skipper (commercially endorsed) working with motor and power vessels on the Thames with the RNLI and RTBP but can also get the sails to work (2023 UKFSC white sails series winners). My partner Clare is a doctor and qualified as RYA Competent Crew so is good to have on board if a couple is wanted. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
