Looking for a Cook, 2nd Chef or Cook/Stew position
I am a personable private chef now seeking a challenging role as either a Crew Chef on 50m vessel, or sole chef on a smaller vessel. Having grown up Sailing, I am both proficient on deck, but also confident in the galley under sail.
I aim to leverage my diverse culinary skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proven track record of adapting to unexpected changes. While I am a confident and independent worker, I thrive working in a team and value strong communication. I would be excited to work alongside an experienced head chef to deliver fantastic food to crew and guests alike.
