Looking for a Captain position
Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
I have 30 years of experience and technical expertise in yachting, including 25 years as a yacht captain. I am seeking a year-round captain's position on a motor yacht from 72 up to 108 feet.
For all my previous positions, I have fully managed the yacht, overseeing shipyard periods, refits, maintenance, and all services must be done with of course day-to-day operations.
Detail-oriented and safety-driven, I ensure my vessel is maintained to the highest standards. Passenger comfort, discretion, and service excellence are always my priorities, values that I also instil within my crew.
My last position was on an a Mangusta 108, Kamewa S3 propulsion (buckets).
I rediscovered the pleasure of sailing this magnificent jet boat. Compared to traditional shaft propulsion, this 108 foot ship requires very precise manoeuvres when docking.
I have the skills, experience, and network to ensure the efficient maintenance of your vessel, engines and all engine room’s equipment. With my hands-on expertise, I can personally handle various repairs. Managing a yacht is for me, a passion and highly rewarding profession.
As skilled sailor, safety-conscious, organized, adaptable, team-oriented, quick-witted and pragmatic, I believe these are the key qualities of a yacht captain.
