Hello! I’m Polly, an experienced sailor and world traveler
Looking for a boat :
1) Departure from North Island, New Zealand cruising in early November 2024
2) Departure from Sydney cruising in mid November or early February 2025
Since leaving my IT sales job and land-home in Hong Kong in January 2023, I’ve explored over 50 countries, including Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Canada, the US, French Polynesia, New Zealand, and various regions of Australia (TAS, SA, VIC, NSW), Singapore, and Indonesia. My sailing adventures have taken me over 2,500 nautical miles offshore, including a recent 1,000nm voyage from Tahiti to the Marquesas in Nov to Dec 2023 and the great barrier reef Australia in August 2024.

Mooring: Good in mooring and anchoring

Athletic Skills: Rock climber
Lifestyle: Non-smoker/non-drug user

It was an absolute pleasure having Polly onboard. She brings great vibes, is a fantastic chef, and picked up helming my somewhat difficult to steer yacht with ease and enthuiasm. Having any stranger onboard a smallish space can be a challenge, but Polly was an easy fit, like we had known each other for years. A very capable and reliable hand, I would highly recommend Polly if your looking for great company and a competent crew member.
