Boat descriptionShe is a 36 foot sloop (Elan 362) in good condition, (well maintained, keel rebedded, new sails, new nav, new rig, many new parts, solar, scuba set-up). She sleeps 6 comfortably, has one toilet and shower onboard, fridge & freezer but no air con. She cruises comfortably at 7 knots and is a solid boat that can handle some weather.

What an experience!
It’s a cool experience getting to sail and dive in these paradise locations! Huw knows his boat inside and out and it’s great to be on board with him. We had a great month! (Have given 4 stars just to be totally transparent and have shared more detailed feedback with Huw. Quick, simple changes would bring this to a five star experience)

Great month of sailing and Diving
Great Skipper for my first month of sailing - he taught me a lot in that month both in sailing and diving. I had a really good time on Huw's boat. Highly recommend!

Huw is a good man. He what’s to learn how to sail! I had a very good time with him. Also nice to dive with him.

Huw is a darn good sailor
I had the chance to make an Atlantic crossing with Huw on his way back to Europe. Overall I spent with him and Tank (his dog) a little over two months. For me it was the experience of my life and I'm so grateful Huw accepted me. His boat is in very good shape, I know he's been doing some maintenance these last months and he really knows his boat and is on top of everything. He's a skipper you can trust, you're in very good hands with him, very concerned about safety. No human being is perfect and Huw is not the exception, he's a little bit grumpy, but a nice person too, so it's easy to get along with him, that's why I give him 5 stars. I had no problems with him during those 2 months. Given the chance, I will sail with him again.
