This summer 2026 I want to take up a new endeavor and find a good match boat that can value my experience.
I'm a practical, mature person who has enjoyed spending time on the water for the past 12 years almost every season. I had gained ample experience from setting up an old boat and set sail from Maryland down the ICW, US and cruising the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic, crossing overnights from Florida. As live aboard a 35-foot SV I learned sto setup entire boat- a galley ,provisioning ,organization and many other aspects of cruising life. I have also cruised on various boats in the Mediterranean for the past 8 years. Helped with lines, trimming sails, and maneuvers, overnight watches from Turkiye to Cyprus, cleaning repairs, and boat watch when the owner had to leave. Enjoy a peaceful life on the anchor over bustling marinas. More specifically, in Ionian and Aegean waters. I am familiar with many Greek Islands and also the Southwest Turkish waters, S Cyprus. I am based between Türkiye and central Europe as my nomadic teaching job allows me to work from anywhere. Embarkation is possible in Türkiye, around Göcek or Fethiye, but I am flexible to travel to other destinations. I have us and EU passport, fluent English speaker and I also speak Slovak, and Czech. Basic Russian, some basic Polish. I understand Slavic languages and some basic Turkish. I am an avid cook and I enjoy creating various dishes with somewhat limited provisions. I also have lots of experience as a nanny caring for pets and children of a young age for many years. Also available babysitter in Gocek or Fethiye marinas.
I am mostly looking for a smaller yacht or sailing vessel arrangements with not so much of the hectic daily regimes and protocols with too many clients or party boats, l don't handle loud noise and music well.
Healthy, fresh meals, Mediterranean dishes and also international dishes. As I have lived in various countries around the world, I have lots of experience in the galley and enjoy caring for guests while sailing, however, I'm not a hardcore sailor and do not look into large charter cruise jobs or work heavy lines. I'm practical, hence, proactive, a person very discreet and diplomatic, I present myself clean with no tattoos at all,I do not smoke and I drink only occasionally. I am also an experienced mixologist. I have worked in many high-end and private Country Club restaurants in the US. In the US l worked with high-end customers, and I am capable of handling clients and different situations with a calm demeanor and a smile. I am knowledgeable about the SW Turkiye area for tours, various provisioning options and repair shops. I navigate in this neighborhood fairly easily, I hold a driving license, l have no problem driving in Turkiye.

I do not have any official certification as a marine worker, safety certification or such. All my experiences are practical. I have done sailing on many private vessels including chartering in Greece with 8 guests. I can offer sufficient and valuable help. References upon request.
I am a good communicator, I expect clear command, respect and a professional yet friendly and welcoming environment on a family-owned, small group or friends up to 8 -10 people vessel. I prefer teamwork. I'm a good swimmer, but no diving or speed sports. Want to gain new experience, connections and memories.
