Couple with offshore licenses, Atlantic experience & strong teamwork, seeking paid crew position.
We are Federico and Lucrezia, an Italian couple passionate about the sea, adventure, and teamwork.
We are currently sailing on a Samana 59 for an Atlantic crossing (Saint Martin > Bermuda > Azores), gaining hands-on experience with life onboard and offshore passages. This journey has confirmed our motivation to continue sailing and grow as reliable crew members.
About us:
Federico has a background in backend development and team leadership in the tech field, as well as experience in hospitality and managing cultural projects. He is also certified in first aid.
Lucrezia holds a degree in philosophy and has worked in both hospitality and education, including teaching and caring for children.
We both hold an unlimited sailing and motorboat license (Italian offshore certification). We bring adaptability, strong communication, and a solid work ethic to any crew. We’re practical, responsible, and enjoy working together on tasks such as watches, docking, cleaning, cooking, and general maintenance.
