We are Federico and Lucrezia, an Italian couple with professional experience in yacht operations, charter and management.
Over the past two years, we have worked together aboard a Lagoon 630 motor catamaran, alternating between command, deck and interior responsibilities. Our experience covers navigation, maneuvering, maintenance, guest service and the day-to-day management of a large yacht in both private and charter operations.
During this period, we independently managed the entire process of changing the yacht's flag to Malta and converting her from private to commercial operation, starting from scratch and handling the process from beginning to completion. This included coordinating the administrative, technical, registration and compliance requirements necessary to bring the yacht into commercial operation. We also managed relationships with charter brokers and contributed to charter planning, preparation and guest operations.
Previously, we completed an Atlantic crossing aboard a Samana 59, sailing from Saint Martin to Bermuda and the Azores, gaining valuable offshore passage and watchkeeping experience.

Federico has a background in backend development and team leadership in the tech industry before transitioning professionally into yachting. His experience combines command and navigation with technical operations, maintenance, safety, compliance and yacht management.
Lucrezia holds a degree in Philosophy and has a background in hospitality, education and childcare. Her onboard experience combines command and navigation responsibilities with deck operations, guest service, provisioning, cooking and interior duties.
Working together professionally has made us a flexible and well-coordinated couple crew. We are comfortable taking responsibility, working independently and adapting our roles to the needs of the vessel and crew.
