Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position

My wife Kimber (37yr) and I Sofie (34yr) are very eager to learn more about sailing and therefor we are looking to be part of a crew! We’re available from the end of July till the end of September. We have +10 years of travel experience together.
We're from Belgium, dutch speaking part. We speak English fluently and we also speak french.
We love everything about the sea and have been on a lot of boats. We recently got our boating license for inland waters and are busy getting our coastal water license. We don't have sailing experience but we’re very eager to learn and are easy going people.
We can help with whatever comes to mind: help with the kids, cooking, cleaning, we're good with handyman tools,..
