Looking for a Deckhand Position or Delivery Crew
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand or Delivery Crew, although I am pretty open to any learning opportunity. I moved out of the US several years ago to be nomadic. Since then I have lived and worked all over the world (Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, India, Thailand, Cambodia, and Australia). I like to say that I know how to do a lot of things. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20 years, managed several hotels, worked as a tour guide in several countries, taught yoga all over the world (500 hr certified), as well as lots of odd jobs.
I am pretty green to sailing but I believe I can learn how to do just about anything. I love being on the water and being outside and working with my hands. I am a hard worker and I look forward to learning the ropes (pun intended).
