Hi there, I'm David – a calm, curious and open-minded soul from Germany, living in Guadeloupe for the past 7 years.
After ending a long marriage and closing a big chapter in my life, I'm ready to reconnect with myself – and I feel the ocean calling.
I'm new to sailing, but eager to learn and contribute in any way I can – helping with daily tasks, cooking, cleaning, sharing costs if needed, and bringing a positive, respectful presence on board.
My dream is to slowly explore the Lesser Antilles, gain hands-on experience, work a little along the way, and grow through the encounters and adventures life brings.
Currently, I am focusing on finding passage or delivery crew positions for island-hopping in the Caribbean.
I believe in slow, human travel – not rushing, but connecting, learning, and sharing.
