Young couple looking forward to cross the Atlantic available now from Mindelo ??
Hi we are Marie and Björn (mid twenties) and sailed from both Agadir and from Madeira to Lanzarote in the last month. We want to follow our dream to sail to south or Central America. Now we are looking to forward to join an amazing crew.
If you have only one more bed, we are willing to share that :)
So far we traveled the world mostly by hitchhiking - a great way to get out of your comfort zone, get to know interesting people and reach beautiful places - and we would love to continue that on our next big step: the Atlantic crossing. We have both been sailing in our childhoods, but gained our first offshore experiences with ~ 500 nm.
Apart from (single) night watches and assistance on board, we enjoy cooking, are proactive, when noticing that something needs to be done, are happy to clean or play with your kids. Also, we are interested in learning more about sailing and boat maintenance.
