Competent crew – learning-focused sailing, not party trips
Hi,
I’ve recently joined Crewbay and I’m looking for opportunities as a competent crew on sailing trips with an active, learning-focused approach.
I have a background from sailing and boating in Sweden, including a one-week C55 sailing course (Swedish Sailing Federation), experience handling various small craft, and several seasons owning and operating a 5.5 m motorboat. I’m comfortable taking responsibility on board, following routines, and contributing where needed.
I’m particularly interested in trips where the focus is on sailing, seamanship and good teamwork rather than party-oriented or purely holiday sailing. Racing, training weeks, longer passages or well-structured cruising all suit me well.
I travel solo, learn quickly, and tend to fit best in mixed adult crews where people are self-sufficient and engaged. Happy to start in a supportive role and build trust on board.
