Atlantic crossing east to west

Ola! Looking to join a crew for an Atlantic crossing - preferentially would want to join a crew with experienced sailors as this is my first season to offshore sailing and I am hoping to learn along the way. Am fairly flexible on starting points and dates around the eastern Atlantic or Mediterranean.
