Looking for a Competent Crew, Voluntary work or Mile building position

I am looking to gain more experience sailing. I am a competent sailor and an adventurous person. I don't have any dietary requirements, physical problems, phobias or allergies. I am a very strong swimmer, have great balance and am technically competent in carpentry and mechanics. I love meeting other people, and realise that a big part of sailing is fatigue-management and calmness under difficult conditions.
