Looking for a skipper/boat to gain knowledge about sailing & hitchhike across the Atlantic
Hello, I'm Marie, 22 from Germany, and I'm looking forward to finding a skipper/boat to learn more about sailing and making my dream come true: to hitchhike the Atlantic with a sailing boat ⛵
Right now, I have basic knowledge about sailing and did a basic course last summer. In April I'm going to sail excursions in the Baltic Sea for my "SBF See" and to gain knowledge/nautical miles.
Currently I'm studying in Berlin Ecology and Environmental Planning, I love cooking, doing sports, reading, gardening, being in nature and exploring.
I'm living in a shared apartment with lots of people and have had previous experiences with living together with people in small spaces. I'm open-minded, communicative, but also leave people their space, empathetic and motivated to learn different skills.
In summer/autumn 26 I would like to join a sailing boat in the Mediterranean for getting used to being on a sailing boat/on the sea for longer periods before I want to head to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in autumn/winter. If you have plans to sail somewhere in the Mediterranean or even cross the Atlantic this season, don't hesitate to contact me!
