Looking for a Head Chef, 2nd Chef, Cook or Chef position

I would like to express my interest in a position as a Sole Chef, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
I am currently transitioning into the yachting industry and bring a strong professional background in fine dining, including running my own restaurant with full responsibility for kitchen operations, team management, and budgeting. I am confident that my experience and standards translate well into a yacht environment.
My focus is on Mediterranean and French cuisine, with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients, clean execution, and consistency. I am comfortable managing a galley independently as a Sole Chef, as well as supporting an existing team as a Sous Chef.
I am known for working in a clean, structured, and highly organized manner, maintaining very high hygiene standards, and having a calm and professional character. I adapt quickly to new environments and integrate easily into a team.
I have completed my STCW certification, hold a valid ENG1 medical, and I am available immediately.
