Looking for a Delivery Crew, Deckhand, Steward(ess) or Boat sitter position
I'm looking for deckhand or delivery crew positions, ideally longer passages rather than short day trips — offshore, coastal, doesn't matter, I enjoy both. I'm primarily looking for a paid but also happy to discuss cost-shared or working passages, especially if it's a good match and helps me build more logged sea time. I'm also very comfortable helping prep a boat before departure (maintenance, rigging, general work), not just sailing it.
I'm particularly drawn to older, more traditional boats and remote or northern routes (Baltic, North Sea, Scandinavia), but I'm open-minded and happy to hear about other options too. I have hospitality experience as well, so I'm equally comfortable helping with meals/provisioning if that's useful for a longer trip.
As an EU citizen (Polish), I can work and travel freely across Europe, and I'm flexible and able to relocate or travel to join a boat.
