Looking for a Voluntary work or Novice Crew position

Hi - I`m Diego from Uruguay, I`m on Thailand (ko Tao) and want to find a boat for go to Indonesia. I`m a mechanic off cars and electrician 12v, 24V, I have a little off experience on regatas in New Zealand but never made a big cruising. I am ready to start in late October or early November. I'm interested in finding a position as a Voluntary work or Novice Crew. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
