Looking for a Deckhand or Steward(ess) position
I'm Irina, an enthusiastic and dedicated newcomer to the yachting industry, currently working toward building a long-term career on the water. I hold RYA Day Skipper, STCW, ENG1, and RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualifications, and I've logged roughly 1,000nm of hands-on sailing experience.
Sailing and diving have been genuine passions of mine for years, and I'm also an active volleyball player who enjoys staying fit and social. Before moving into yachting, I spent years working as an independent consultant, managing fundraising, communications, and project delivery for a humanitarian organization — work that gave me strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and reliable under pressure.
I'm fluent in German and English, with working Spanish and some French. I'm a hardworking, positive team player who's eager to learn, adaptable to both deck and interior roles, and looking to commit long-term to a supportive, professional program
