Looking for a competent Crew position

Hi
I just retired this year and learned that I don't sail enough in my own boat, so I'm seekeing boats that need an extra hand on a trip either as a delivery or a recreational journey.
I'm 64, male, Danish YC3 compareable to Rya yachtmaster coastal, VHF certifacet, 11 years as volunter firefighter and Team manager of a SAR K9 Group; navigator in the danish marine homeguard and the I have worked with IT for almost 30 years.
