Motivated and hands-on crew member – Level 3 – Looking to join a transatlantic crossing from November
Hi everyone,
I’m 36 and looking to join a crew for a transatlantic crossing from November onwards. I’ve recently freed up my time professionally, so I’m flexible regarding dates and departure ports.
I’m motivated, easy-going and enjoy the good things in life. I like being part of a crew, sharing good times, cooking, and I adapt easily to group life. Always up for a game of tarot or belote!
I’ve been sailing for 5 years (UCPA and Glénans courses, around 1,000 nautical miles), including:
- Level 3 at Glénans in Paimpol (intensive cruising course).
- Several weeks of cruising in the Mediterranean (Corsica, Toulon, Croatia).
- French Offshore, Coastal and Inland Waterway licences, plus GMDSS/VHF certificate.
I also enjoy getting my hands dirty and fixing things. I have good practical and technical skills in carpentry, electrical work and mechanics. If there’s any maintenance or small repairs to be done on the boat, I’ll be happy to help out.
Looking forward to chatting!
