⛵️⚓️LOOKING FOR A SPOT ON AN EAST-WEST TRANSATLANTIC CRUISE⚓️⛵️
Hello,
I’m looking for a spot on a East-West transatlantic crossing.
I’m a french renewable energy engineering student, and I’ll be spending my final year of studies in Costa Rica! A departure in late November or early December 2026 would be ideal.
⛵️When I was little, I alternated between sailing camps at my grandparents’ homes in Brittany and South of France: every summer, one week of sailing on the ocean and one week in the sea. I loved it! The transatlantic crossing would let me rediscover those feelings on a boat and learn so much more.
I consider myself a beginner, highly motivated to learn to sail alongside you, to participate in life on the boat: watch duty, chores, financial participation of course, and whatever else is needed to ensure the crossing goes as smoothly as possible. I’m very curious and would love to learn about your passion for sailing and discuss all sorts of different topics during the long days at sea ?
As someone passionate about photography and the environment, I’m bringing a small camera to capture moments on board and photograph wildlife once we reach the American continent. I’ve been a triathlete for two years, I love open-water swimming and always want to go further than just the yellow buoy ?, and for that, nothing beats a boat!
My plan is to get as close to Costa Rica as possible without flying, for a more eco-friendly trip, while experiencing the ups and downs of sailing and enjoying 360 degree sunsets.
