Looking for a Crew position

Hi - I'm interested in finding a position as a Crew member. I'm working towards my captains license. I have had 15 years saltwater fishing-including tournaments and charters. In addition, I have experience navigating the Atlantic. I understand charts, depth, boat handling skills, and stewardess duties aboard.
I am looking for a paid position and an opportunity to explore the Caribbean.
Thank you for your consideration- Nancy Smith
