Hi, my name is Chris!
I’m a professional sailor with over 7 years of experience in the maritime industry and more than 15,000 nautical miles sailed across the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Canary Islands.
My experience includes working as a skipper and co-captain on sailing yachts and catamarans, deckhand on private motor yachts, and participating in offshore passages and Atlantic crossings. I’m confident with navigation, sail handling, anchoring, watchkeeping, guest care, and general boat maintenance, with practical mechanical skills and experience assisting engineers.
I’m also happy to take on cooking and stewarding duties, and I enjoy being a versatile, hands-on crew member who contributes wherever needed. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian, and Catalan.
I’m adaptable, hardworking, calm under pressure, and passionate about life at sea. I enjoy working as part of a team, learning new things, and helping create a safe and enjoyable experience on board.
I’m currently looking for new opportunities and would love to connect with captains, owners, and crew looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and versatile sailor.
