Offshore Sailor & Chef | Racing & Delivery's
Immediate offshore deckhand, mate, delivery crew, or sole chef roles. Primary focus on transatlantic crossings, offshore passage-making, and active sailing programmes (both performance and classic rigs).
Key Background & Qualifications:
Maritime Experience: 2,600+ logged nautical miles across the North Sea, Baltic, English Channel, and Mediterranean. Double-handed Beneteau Figaro 3 racing, J/24 fleet racing, and co-skippering a Dufour 40 Performance.
Culinary Experience: Professional private chef with sole chef experience running high-tempo galleys (catering for up to 30 guests/crew in Japan).
Certifications: Valid STCW Basic Safety Training, ENG1 Medical, RYA Powerboat Level 2, GMDSS SRC, and World Sailing Offshore Personal Survival.
Availability & Details: 19-year-old EU passport holder based in Europe. Hardworking, calm under pressure, physically fit, and fully flexible to join immediately worldwide.
