Experienced Dutch Yacht Chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality, fine dining and private yacht charters.
Having worked as a Head Chef in Norway and Switzerland, followed by a busy Mediterranean charter season aboard luxury sailing yachts, I bring a combination of high-end culinary skills, adaptability and a hands-on crew mentality.
I hold STCW, ENG1 and Highfield Level 3 Food Safety at Sea certifications. I'm also experienced in sailing operations, assisting with mooring, lines and general deck duties.
My cooking style focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients, seafood, Mediterranean cuisine and refined presentation. I'm equally comfortable preparing elegant multi-course dinners or relaxed family-style meals.
I'm currently available for immediate opportunities, including temporary assignments, deliveries and charters, before joining my next yacht in January 2027.
Open to Sole Chef, Head Chef and suitable 2nd Chef positions on private or charter yachts worldwide.
