My passion for cooking began at the age of six, experimenting with fresh ingredients and learning how flavours come together. That lifelong love for food eventually led me to open and manage my own independent restaurant, where I developed strong skills in menu creation, kitchen operations, organisation, and delivering consistent guest experiences.
Since then, I’ve expanded into the yachting industry as a private and charter chef, combining creativity with adaptability in fast-paced onboard environments. My style ranges from fresh Mediterranean and Vietnamese influences to refined Peruvian-Nikkei fusion, always with a focus on quality ingredients, efficient provisioning, galley organisation, dietary preferences, and creating memorable dining experiences.
