Novice Crew Available Late Nov/Dec – Caribbean & Central America
I’m 24, from Washington State, and currently traveling through South America. I’ll be available to join a crew starting in late November or December and am hoping to sail for a few weeks or longer.
I’m primarily interested in sailing around the Caribbean or Central America, but I’m open to other routes. My dates and destinations are pretty flexible.
I’m new to sailing, but I have a background in hospitality and management, so I’m used to working long hours, taking initiative, solving problems, and working closely with others. I’m comfortable cooking, keeping shared spaces organized, and helping with day-to-day tasks. I’m happy to pitch in with maintenance, learn to stand watches, and take on whatever responsibilities I’m trained for. I’ll also be completing my PADI Open Water diving certification in San Andrés in November.
Ideally looking for a shared-expense arrangement with a social crew where I can contribute and gain some sailing experience.
