Deckhand / Watersports – adventurous all-rounder looking for a change
Hi, I'm Florian from Germany.
After many years in real estate, finance and marketing, I'm looking for something new – more time on the water, more hands-on work and more adventure. I'm happy to start as a deckhand and learn the ropes properly.
What I bring:
- Boating experience and a German boat licence
- Diving: certified up to PADI Rescue Diver (Divemaster planned)
- Strong surfer, water skier and wakeboarder – happy to help guests on the water
- Good with my hands: I restore classic cars and do mechanics, electrics, solar, so maintenance and repairs don't scare me
- Background in real estate, currently working as a designer, marketer and photographer – I can document trips, take photos for owners/guests or help with social media if wanted
- Languages: German, Spanish, English
I'm reliable, calm, enjoy working in a team and don't mind getting my hands dirty. Open to deliveries, crossings, seasonal work or longer positions – Med, Atlantic or further.
