Thanks for considering me as crew aboard your boat. I have sailed my own Island Packet 350 for the last 7 years in the Caribbean, Bahamas and US East Coast. I'm a good mechanic and problem-solver; I've done most repairs at one time or another on our boat, as any cruiser must. I'm also a pretty good cook! I'm married, 57 years old with two grown kids. I'm semi-retired from a career in journalism and marketing, which is why I have the means and flexibility to pick up and leave on short notice.
I'm not looking a paid position, but I would like to have my expenses covered. As a cruiser myself, I've been on both sides of Crewbay, so I understand how important it is to have reliable, experienced, neat and respectful crew for extended passages to break up those grueling watch rotations and make at-sea repairs as needed.
