I love cooking!!!! I love experimenting with new ingredients, I love the magic that food allows, with its smells, tastes, textures, stories ... (especially stories).

I have spent more than 12 years of my life cultivating, harvesting, teaching, taking care of seeds, techniques of ancestral crops and friendly with the environment (and the soul).

I have cooked in the jungle, desert, sea, mountain, forest, in my house, for friends, family, acquaintances, in catering for film productions, in my own restaurant, in other restaurants, hotels, for 1, 2, 3. ... more than 200 people.

To teach others. (cooking, cleaning, provisioning, managing the budget, hostess, guests for activities, parties, events ...)

Stay and more navigation improvements to be part of the crew that cooks and helps with everything if it is not a commercial ship and no service is expected. (If I'm working for charter or guests, I hope they pay me.)

My sailing experience: for fun, as a tour guide, stewardess, fishing. (I do not have any training or navigation license, but I wish / I can learn.)

I speak Spanish, Portuguese, English and French and basic Italian.

I have experience coordinating and directing groups of volunteers (rescue workers) in ecological farms, reception spaces for people and areas at risk.

Teaching of agroecological techniques and food processing.

I like active meditation, listening, learning different things, moving ... Without food restrictions (although my weakness is vegetables, I can cook animal / vegetable)

I like to experience the gastronomy of places.

I am the favorite granddaughter of my grandmother Asunción, the traveler, cook, explorer of the family, I am getting to know people and adding friends and experiences for the world listening to stories, walking new places always enjoying the encounter with the horizon, connecting with my Colombian part.
From Mérida, Venezuela .

I have References if you need them.

Contact me for skype / Whatssap for an interview, if you wish.

Good winds for all, that we find ourselves with the infinite possibilities that we are! :)
