Looking for crew position
I'm Nicholas, currently studying in Rotterdam. I consider myself to be independent and a fast learner, and would love to meet new people from different backgrounds to share past and new experiences. I have half a season's experience as a deckhand on a 65ft charter sailing boat in the caribbean. I have crossed the Atlantic on sail training ship: Canary Islands to St. Martin, crewed a delivery of a 40 foot catamaran, US Virgin Islands to Barcelona, acting as skipper on a week long leg of this last trip, and crewed a deliver from the US virgin Islands to Florida of a 50ft catamaran. I also have ample experience as a dinghy sailing instructor for groups of all ages. I have SCTW basic safety training diploma and Licencia de navegación(Spanish licence that allows to pilot motor and sailboats up to 6 meters in length). I am really eager to develop my career as deckhand on board sailing vessels, be it charter or delivery crew. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and know a bit of german (about b1 level). US and spanish citizenships, passports up to date.
