Looking for a Delivery Crew position
Started a new, if late in life, career change to working as delivery crew in 2019 and beyond. Have been sailing a long time and now am converting that into RYA and STCW qualifications this year. Now just my YM Offshore practical test and Commercial Endorsement to go. Have made qualifying passages up to YM Ocean but still looking for more sailing and opportunities to learn. Looking for more miles and delivery opportunities. I am a keen sailor looking to sail any where, anytime, with good captains and crews. I also have my own yacht in the UK and usually sail single or short handed. I can plan passages, navigate, stand watches, handle sails, deal with emergencies and berth without drama. Very handy and good with engines, electrics & paint brushes, fibreglass and welding. Cooking, cleaning amd chores all ok with me. I am fit and healthy, sociable, fun and accepting of peoples differences as part of what makes life interesting. A little about myself, my interests and my plans confident swimmer, rarely/unlikely seasick, good listener, good communicator, no body piercings, no facial piercings, no tattoos at all, travel light (little luggage), respectful, clean & tidy, committed, eager to learn & work, fit & healthy, friendly, polite, LGBTIQ accepting, diligent, positive outlook, skilled, organised, discreet, trustworthy, open minded, enthusiastic, easy going, sense of humor, available on my own, ready to party, don't mind cleaning, good with maintenance, can follow orders, live on little money
