Chef, Crew Chef
Hello Skipper,
I'm interested in finding a freelance position as a Chef, Crew Chef, Delivery Crew or/and Yoga and Meditation Instructor.
I sailed about 33.000 Nm with mixed duties - chef, cook, crew, delivery crew, watch-keeper, 1 mate ( all logged ), over 2,5 years at sea. I believe I can contribute very well to the running of the yacht.
I worked as a chef on charters and private yachts, sailing ( up to 36m ) and motorboats ( up to 45m ) in The US, The Bahamas, South Pacific, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Blue-water Atlantic, Australia, New Zealand and of course the Baltic Sea:). All of the voyages were fantastic, very successful & I received good references.
I am a Yoga Instructor and meditation guide. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, I run meditations and mindfulness workshops. I am dedicated to healthy, active and eco-friendly life style. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
I speak English, Polish and Spanish.
I don't smoke, don't use drugs and drink only occasionally. No visible tattoos.
I can easily reach the boat boarding location by plane.

Maria Vogt worked with me from April 2022 as Cook/Stewardess till August 2022. During that period the yacht cruised from Panama to French Polynesia up to 6000 nautical miles. Maria proved to be a very experienced chef, serving high standard cuisine, dealing with many diet and nutritional requirements. She impressed me with her complex menu and great presentation. She is highly organized, detail-oriented and professional in her work. Maria is able to work unsupervised and to manage her work, always on time with meals and going an extra mile. During boat deliveries Maria was responsible for taking watches where I also could rely on her absolutely.
