Stew/Cook available in the Mediterranean
I am looking for my next position as cook/stewardess. I enjoy taking care of guests from breakfast through lunch, afternoon tea/cocktails/canapés and dinner - favourite dishes to make are fresh, healthy and hearty inspired by regionally available ingredients. Lots of experience with Mediterranean style cooking and can do a range of other styles to suit preferences.
- Organised in provisioning and planning menus, balancing those duties with maintaining a very clean and tidy interior and assisting on deck with fenders, mooring, anchoring, clean down when necessary.
- Awareness and ability to cook to different preferences and dietary requirements.
- I am easy going, hard working, discreet and professional.
I have a few summer's experience as a temp stew/cook for privately owned luxury sailing yachts - cooking for owner and charter guests with high expectations. Usually taking care 6 guests + 2 crew. I have hospitality and kitchen experience on land, also worked in catering so can cook for more. Additionally I have experience working with children, should childcare be needed I'm happy to help.
Languages: Native English, basic Spanish.
