Looking for a Bosun, 3rd Officer or Lead Deckhand position
I have been Lead Deckhand on a busy private/charter motor yacht for 3 years and have enjoyed working alongside and managing the deck department. I am enthusiastic and eager to further my management skills, and hope to become a valued Bosun onboard. I am confident in my ability to train junior crew on tenders and water sport toys, guest interaction and operations, as well as all deck operations including painting, varnishing and general maintenance. I am looking forward to assuming more responsibility and higher leadership roles onboard.
