Looking for a Crew Chef, Solo Chef or Sous Chef position
Hello! I have 4 season experience as Solo/Crew Chef on private yachts and over 6 year experience cooking in English, Spanish and Italian restaurants.
Able to perform a variety of duties: provisioning products and managing a budget, cooking colourful and delicious meals, maintaining a sanitized and organized workstation. Familiar with a wide range of cooking techniques and equipment. Deep knowledge of flavours, passionate about worldwide, traditional and creative recipes.
Adaptable and energetic person, highly reliable and punctual, able to work both independently and on a team, always with a positive, drama-free and solution-oriented attitude. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail as well as to priorities.
