Looking to work on a sailing boat in the Caribbean

My name is Derek and I’m 27, from Canada and I am looking to build on my sailing skills. I am currently sailing from Greece across the Med to Portugal. Beyond that I would love to work in the Caribbean on a sailboat! I would like a position that is all encompassing, including cooking if needed.
