Experienced sailor looking for an opportunity in European waters

I’m Nicolas, a rootless 36 yr old Dane who’s always looking for the next adventure.
I'll be based in Europe, mainly in Split, Croatia this summer. I'll be working as a skipper.
There'll be times where I'll have time off from work, but to be honest I only want to use my time for sailing.
I want to keep exploring the European waters and becoming a better sailor.
I'm sociable, engaged and proactive, passionate about sailing. I speak several languages to help get by. French, Spanish, English, Danish, Portuguese.
