Looking for position as skipper / 1st Mate on sailboat: monohull/catamaran. Experienced RYA Yachtmaster
I am an experienced MCA 200T / RYA Yachtmaster. Now looking for a position as skipper or 1st Mate, on sailboats, mono or multi hull. Lots of recent experience on catamarans and monohulls.
Roughly 38,000 miles experience. I have recently sailed on: Outremer 45 and 5X (60ft), Lagoons 380, 450, 500 and 560, Bali 4.3, Amel 54 and other monohulls 36 to 66ft.
I am fluent in Spanish and French.
I have worked many times in the Caribbean and Mediterranean as charter skipper / skipper of privately owned boats / Sailing Instructor. Three transatlantics (both ways), and lots of night watches on long passages. Good boat handling skills.
I am able to carry out minor repairs and am good on regular maintenance, familiar with all modern boat systems. I enjoy cooking. Hard working, reliable and responsible.
University educated, good social skills, excellent presentation. Fit, active and healthy. Non smoker.
