I’m a 29 years old chef from Argentina with over 8 years of experience, including 3 years in yachting
I've cooked on board vessels from 28m to 110m during busy seasons in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and North America. I studied and trained formally as a professional cook in Bariloche, Argentina and recently I did a Thai Professional course in Thailand, but most of my learning has come through work with great people and travel across South America, Mexico, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia, adapting to culture and ingredients, always staying consistent in quality and organization.
I’m confident with worldwide cuisine and dietary requirements I hold all the required certificates (STCW, ENG1, Food Safety Level 3, Ship Cook Certificate, B1 visa). I’m able manage all galley operations with independence, structure, and high standards. I have plenty of experience on provisioning, planning and working with changing and demanding schedules I’m a calm and respectful team player with a strong work ethic, and I’m comfortable in multicultural crew environments.
