I am a professional sailor looking for for mate positions that provide progression.
I hold my yachtmaster offshore commerically emdorsed, AEC 1&2 and other relevant qualifications.
The ideal vessel would be one that has an exciting itinerary and an empathsis on crew delevopment. I want to captain boats 25-40m in the future and want to learn under experienced captains.
