Looking for a Novice Crew, Stew/Deck, Voluntary work or Boat sitter position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Stew/Deck, Voluntary work or Boat sitter. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I spent 6 weeks living and crewing on a catamaran being repositioned from the Mediterranean to Falmouth England many years ago.
What an experience that was!
More recently I’ve taken a basic sailing class and have been crewing locally on a variety of boats.
I also bought my first boat, a San Juan 30, which I’m looking forward to learning more about diesel engine maintenance in order to keep its 48 year old Volvo Penta engine running.
Looking forward to gaining more offshore and long distance sailing experience.
I live to travel, post covid, (am fully vaccinated).
Favorite travels have taken me to the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Mexico.
I’ve backpacked solo around Thailand, Turkey and Mexico.
Currently working as a house and pet sitter, and travel frequently to house and pet sitting jobs.
