Looking for a Competent Crew position

Looking for a position as a Competent Crew. I'm looking forward to participating in active sailing in a laid-back setup! Ex Navy, ex squarerigger (cadet 1981), German SHS (corresponds to RYA YMO, while UK Standards are higher!).
