Looking for a Captain
Hello! A few years ago I decided that sailing will be my profession, hobby and way of life. Since then, I've been looking for new opportunities, challenges, adventures and great friends that are never missing in this sailing world.
I have always been more interested in "northern" or "cold" sailing, which significantly raises adrenaline, is very demanding, quickly increases skills, because sometimes the safety of the crew depends on, for example, learning how to repair a bilge pump in realy short time :) elsewhere hard to build. The northern seas, especially the Far North and the Arctic, will always remain in my soul and I miss it all the time. And the Northwest Passage is my biggest dream! Mayby one day.
But sailing has many faces, all of them worthy of attention. Long or short, between islands, along the coast, across the ocean - palm trees, forests coast, islands. All these great places are waiting for! I love discovering new places, I would like to reach and explore every island and place in this big world. Every place being reach only by a yacht. Sailing may be the slowest way to move around, but it is the most beautiful!
As sailing is a way of life for me, I'm mainly looking for the possibility of sailing as a qualified and paid crew. I have enough experience and skills, most confirmed by some documents or licenses, to sail also as a paid captain or instructor. But I am still developing and I try to increase my knowledge with each day and new experience and keep learning something new! Often, I will not despise some interesting voyage and company, without even making money on it - I do not reject the offer! If I can, I try to be in the sea :)
