Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position
Hey out there! I‘m Aline a 24 year old Paramedic from Germany. At the beginning of this year I quitted my job to finally do the adventures I dreamed about for so long! ⛵️
That’s why I booked a one way ticket to Guatemala to start my route along Central and South America. Since then I didn’t regret it ?
I’m in Costa Rica atm and the plan is to go down south. So a boat crossing over from Panama to Columbia or generally a sailing trip in Panama would be perfect!
But since it’s about the sailing experience for me, I would definitely also change routes (going up north again) to join for any other sailing trips around the other Central American countries. For that, I‘m very flexible when it comes to the date!
Let me be honest directly: I have been on a sailing boat for a short time some years ago, but I don’t know how to sail. I know this might be a dealbreaker for someone searching a crew, but I still get myself out here since I‘m sure I will be a genuine crew member to have around. I learn quick, I‘m know how to work hard, I’m familiar with challenging situations, adventures let me feel alive and I will bring a bright energy to the crew.
Also, I’m open to help with whatever is needed as e.g. cooking or cleaning.
I’d just love to learn how to sail, immerse myself in this world on the ocean, and get to know people on a deeper level.
?Destination: Currently in Costa Rica
?️ Available from mid september and flexible in time (whenever you go)
If that resonates with someone, I‘d love to hear from you!
