Cruising the Mediterranean in luxury Catamaran

Looking for crew for my new catamaran for leisurely 14 to 21-day cruises around anchorages across the Mediterranean.
Jalemar is now returning through the Mediterranean from March to December, before crossing to the Caribbean on 6 January 2024. We are cruising through Turkey, Greece, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy, Sicily, Malta, Gozo, Tunisia, Sardinia, the Balearics, Spain, Morocco, Gibraltar and Portugal to the Canary Islands.
The boat is a well equipped luxury Fountaine Pajot Elba45 sailing catamaran, Maestro owners version with 3 king-size shared cabins each with its own full en-suite, a well equipped chefs galley, 3 large separate outside socialising areas and a fully enclosed half-fly helm.

Sailing experience to day skipper level is preferable, but attitude and aptitude are more important. There is a daily capped contribution that includes all onboard meals, diesel, water, gas and electric but excludes any marina or dock fees. Maximum of 4 crew plus owner, with 1 to 2 per cabin. Due to the number of enquiries, single occupancy of an en-suite guest stateroom may be available at an additional cost.
Respectful and honest, clean, fit and agile, strictly non-smoking non-vaping, enthusiastic sailors with a positive easy and fun attitude welcome.
You will enjoy an Equal share in all boating activities including Cooking, Cleaning and Provisioning, helming, sail handling and route planning including choosing the best anchorages.
