Cruising around SE Asia
Hello to all,
We are a small team of sailors currently looking for crew to join us as we cruise around the Philippines for a few months before we set sail towards Thailand/Malaysia, and eventually down south towards Indonesia.
Crew are expected to contribute $50 US a day, food and diesel costs will be shared but we avoid motoring as much as we can. Other than this crew, are expected to take part in all boat related activities, including day/night watches, cooking, cleaning, as well as help with boat maintenance when required and able to do so. In return, you will be able to enjoy and learn all about the sailor life, from visiting beautiful islands to dealing with all sorts of boat life related issues.
We will be cruising around multiple islands of the Philippines, mostly Palawan, Negros and Cebu, between November and February. Late January to early February we will begin preparations for the trip towards Malaysia/Thailand.
This is a great opportunity for those looking to learn all about boat life, not only the sailing aspect, but also how to deal with the common problems that often arise when living on board. All this while visiting beautiful, remote places only accessible by boat.
We are currently 6 and can accommodate a maximum of 8. We give priority to crew looking to stay longer term, at least a few weeks to a few months.
