My name is Adam, I’m 41, from Poland. I’m looking for a boat crossing the Atlantic towards South America — ideally Ecuador — in exchange for work aboard. I have no previous sailing experience, but I’m physically fit, ready to learn fast, and not afraid of hard work or bad weather.
I’ve been through a lot lately — I’m fighting cancer and this journey is my way to reclaim something real, meaningful. I don’t have much left to lose, and that’s exactly why I want to live fully, be useful, and cross that ocean like so many before me.
I can cook, clean, take night watches, help on deck — whatever’s needed. I’m calm, sober, reliable, and good with people. I speak Polish and English. I can join the crew anywhere in Portugal (currently staying in Lisbon), and I'm flexible with time.
I’m not looking for charity — just a chance to prove I still have something to give.
